We're on a first-name basis here at ROSE – and that means with you, too! We want to get to know you in an authentic way. Both your professional skills and yourself as a person. Therefore, just be yourself. This can also be expressed by clothing. Simply wear what you feel most comfortable in.

Checklist for your application: contact details, CV, starting date, salary expectations, covering letter (job-dependent)

Review of your application

We will look at your application and give you feedback as soon as possible. You will definitely get feedback – even if it takes a little time.

Video interview

In the video interview, we get to know each other. The manager of the department and a colleague from the HR department will give you an insight into ROSE and the job.

Personal meeting

We would be happy to introduce ourselves and our team in a personal meeting and give you an insight into the work processes of the position and the working environment.

Mutual decision

You and also we decide whether we fit together. If both sides want to start the cooperation, we agree on the terms of the contract and discuss the further procedure.

What requirements do I have to meet to be considered for a job?

The requirements for a job can vary depending on the position and function. We expect a completed apprenticeship, and ideally relevant work experience. But a career change is also possible with us. You will find a detailed list of requirements in the job description.
